EmergencyToolbox ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Lysara Productions. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Calculator Usage

All calculators run entirely in your browser. We do not send your calculator inputs — income, invoice amounts, expenses — to our servers. No personal financial data is stored.

2. Email Addresses

If you voluntarily submit your email through a form on our site, we store it and may use it to send you the resource you requested and occasional relevant content. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

3. Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR compliant. We see only aggregate statistics — page views, referrers, general location by country. We cannot identify individual visitors.

4. Affiliate Click Tracking

When you click an affiliate link through our /go/ redirect pages, we log the affiliate partner name, the page you came from, and your IP address (for fraud prevention only). We do not share this data with third parties except the affiliate partner for commission attribution.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with: email service providers (ConvertKit) to deliver emails you opted into; Supabase, our database provider; Vercel, our hosting provider; affiliate networks for anonymous click attribution; and law enforcement if required by law.

6. Cookies

We use one first-party cookie: et_subscribed, set when you subscribe to our email list, used only to avoid showing the subscription form again. Expires after 1 year. Contains no personal data. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party cookies.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal data at any time. Email us at privacy@emergencytoolbox.com.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
